WHY HYPERION?
The main location is a shovel-ready, Greenfield site located within the Vistancia Technology Park in Peoria, AZ. This site was chosen after a nationwide search using a thorough site selection process. It offers several advantages for the project’s long-term success:
- It’s close to the high-volume chip manufacturing hub in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area of Arizona.
- It’s centrally located within the Arizona semiconductor innovation cluster, which includes Arizona State University (ASU) and other universities, colleges, research institutes, and national labs in Arizona, New Mexico, and California.
- It has direct access to the expansive and growing semiconductor supply chain ecosystem, including materials and equipment partners in the greater Phoenix area, Southern California, and the Bay area.
